THE EBIONITES AND NAZARENES
(THE TRUE CHRISTIANS CONFIRM THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD)
The original followers of Jesus were referred to as Nazarenes or Ansars meaning those who assisted or helped the Messiah. In Arabic and Hebrew the term Nazarene is used in a general sense for all those who claim to be Christians regardless of theology or denomination. In Arabic Nasara is translated as Christian, while in Hebrew it is Notzri.
But when Jesus perceived unbelief on their part, he said Who will be my helpers(ansaree) in Allah's way? The disciples said: We are helpers (in the way) of Allah: We believe in Allah and bear witness that we are submitting ones(Muslims).
The term Ebionite means the " Poor Ones " and referred to those who sacrificed or dedicated all of their finances and possessions for those who strove as monks for a life of perfect dedication to God. Therefore the Ebionites were those among the followers of Jesus who shunned materialism either by dedicating their finances or by becoming Monks themselves.
...and you will certainly find the nearest in friendship to those who believe (to be) those who say: We are Christians (Nasara); this is because there are priests and monks among them and because they do not behave proudly.
There was a man who sought to become a dedicated follower of Jesus. In this regard the Messiah instructed him to sell all of his possessions and dedicate it to the Poor Ones which were the Ebionites. However when the young man realized that striving for perfection would take such sacrifice and dedication he sadly refused
Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor,(Ebionites) and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions.
Therefore all Ebionites were Nazarenes meaning the followers of Jesus but not all Nazarenes were Ebionites meaning those that dedicated their possessions for the survival of the Monks or those who became Monks and Priests themselves.
Paul was a Nazarene meaning a follower of Jesus but he was not an Ebionite.
We have found this man(Paul) to be a troublemaker, stirring up riots among the Jews all over the world. He is a ringleader of the Nazarene sect.
The Community of Ebionites leaders was known as the Essene derived from the Hebrew Ezah meaning Council.
The Ebionites were known to have a high regard for James the Just who became the First Bishop of Jerusalem. As true and dedicated Christians the Ebionites were Unitarians and therefore rejected the theology that Jesus was the literal Son of God or to be worshiped as part of a Trinity.
The Book of James makes no mentioning of the death of Jesus, the resurrection or of Jesus being the Son of God. It does however refer to the Oneness of God and commands the followers of Jesus to be Muslims(Submit).
Submit yourselves therefore to God.
The Essene Council of Ebionites disapproved of Paul's mission to the Gentiles because they believed he was compromising too much in order to gain converts and spread the faith.
Paul became over zealous in his desire to teach about Jesus and in this regard he immediately makes a mysterious trip into Arabia whose purpose has baffled scholars for centuries. The purpose of Paul's journey into Arabia was to meet with the true and anointed Christian leadership in order to win approval for his mission to the Gentiles. The Arabian leadership obviously rejected Paul's proposals and thus Paul with good intentions began his own ministry to the Gentiles.
But when God, who set me apart from my mother's womb and called me by his grace, was pleased to reveal his Son in me so that I might preach him among the Gentiles, my immediate response was not to consult any human being. I did not go up to Jerusalem to see those who were apostles before I was, but I went into ARABIA. Later I returned to Damascus.
Many of the Gentile followers of Paul held on to pagan practices which Paul himself did not agree with but allowed as a transitional phase towards the fulfillment of truth. He foresaw this as a means of setting the stage for a new generation that would fully crossover into the pure teachings of Christ. The Ebionites - Nazarenes would have no part of this and even accused Paul of teaching deviant practices.
THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD AND THE EBIONITES.
The Prophet Muhammad's wife Khadijah was an Ebionite as she would dedicated her wealth and finances to the Godly mission of the Prophet Muhammad. Her cousin Waraqa was an Ebionite Priest and together they served as two witnesses in testifying that the Prophet Muhammad was indeed receiving revelations of the Holy Spirit:
THE KORAN WAS REVEALED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT
Say: The Holy spirit has revealed it from your Lord with the truth, that it may establish those who believe and as a guidance and good news for those who submit.
IT WAS EVEN A CHRISTIAN MONK WHO INFORMED MUHAMMAD AS A YOUTH THAT HE WAS DESTINED TO BE A PROPHET:
When the Prophet Muhammad was just a youth of about 9-12 years old a Christian Monk named Bahira declared that he would grow up to be a Prophet. Therefore it was a Christian Monk who foretold that he would become a Prophet and two Christians who would testify that the Prophet Muhammad was having revelations of the Holy Spirit. Therefore the Holy Koran presents Jesus in the belief and understanding that was being preserved by true Christians.
