CAN SHARIA BE IMPLEMENTED AS NATIONAL LAW?

During the Dispensation of National Israel the Torah was the commissioned governing law for the Israelite Nation. The perfected law of the Torah could only be implemented by the divinely chosen and perfectly commissioned Levitical Priesthood. The Priesthood could only function and perform their centralized Torah related duties and obligations from within the confines of the Temple. In summary the implementation of Torah Law required a divinely established Israelite Nation, Priesthood and Temple.

Through rebelliousness and sin the Israelite Nation fell from Glory while the Temple was destroyed and the surviving Israelite remnant was scattered to the four corners of the earth. From the manifestation and sequence of these unfortunate events the Dispensation of National Israel sadly came to an end. Since much of the Torah Law was based on the governing needs and requirements of the Israelite Nation the Torah first became an "Abrogated Communication" and within time further descended into its current status as a "Forgotten Communication"

SURAH 2:106
Whatever communications We abrogate or cause to be forgotten, We bring one better than it or like it. Do you not know that Allah has power over all things?

In the absence of the Israelite Nation and during this time of which the Rabbis refer to as the Ishmaelite Exile the Lord raised up a Prophet from among the descendants of Ishmael and thus the Dispensation of National Ishmael came into being. Through the emergence of the Prophet Muhammad, and the revelation of the Holy Koran the Chosen Ishmaelite Nation was to be established as a Medium and exemplary nation from which all others could emulate and find acceptance within the perfected Religion of Abraham.

SURAH 2:143
And thus We have made you a MEDIUM (just) NATION that you may be the bearers of witness to the people and (that) the Messenger may be a bearer of witness to you; .....

The Medium Ishmaelite Nation was to be established at the Kaba in Mecca. From there Sharia Law was to be implemented by a divinely commissioned Priesthood who were the descendants of Abraham and Ishmael. These divinely appointed Priests were known as the Priests of Qedar. The Prophet Muhammad was at times referred to as the Prophet of Qedar while the Rabbis refer to the Arabic language spoken during the time of the Prophet Muhammad as Lashon Qedar meaning the Language of Qedar. Qedar was the second son of Ishmael and it was from his descendants that Abraham appointed the officiating Priests of the Kaba.

SURAH 14:37
O our Lord! surely I have settled a part of my offspring in a valley unproductive of fruit near Thy Sacred House, our Lord! that they may keep up prayer; therefore make the hearts of some people yearn towards them and provide them with fruits; haply they may be grateful:

In accordance with the Ishmaelite Priesthood, Ali who was born in the Kaba was Chosen by the Prophet Muhammad to be the Caliph or Ruler of Islam. However when Ali ate of the forbidden fruit of arbitration he was tragically deceived into forfeiting his inheritance as Caliph.

In related but separate events Ali and his son Hossein would both be killed. This marked the tragic end of the Medium Ishmaelite Nation and the beginning of the Koranc transition from being the legal code of the Medium Ishmaelite Nation to the general and universal Guide to Guard Against Evil.

SURAH 2:2

This Book, there is no doubt in it, is a Guide to those who Guard (Against Evil).

According to the Prophet Muhammad the Medium Ishmaelite Nation would endure through two divinely mandated things of which he revealed in his final sermon at the Pond of Khum. These two things are known as Al-Thaqalayn meaning the two weighty or significant things. The first of which is the Holy Koran which was to serve as the means from which to implement the perfected governing law of Sharia. The second of the two was the hereditary Caliphate and its governing hierarchy that was bestowed upon Imam Ali and his descendants. This divinely appointed and ruling Ishmaelite family would be known as Ahl Beyt referring to the Chosen House of Ishmael. Ali known as the Lion of Allah was the Paternal Cousin and Son-in-Law of the Prophet Muhammad.

The words of the Prophet Muhammad concerning Al-Thaqalayn :

" I have left you with something if you strictly adhere you shall never go astray: The Book of Allah and my Progeny."

Since we can no longer perfectly implement Sharia by divine decree we must now access the Koran exclusively as a Guide to Guard Against Evil. We can develop governments based on the morality and general law of Sharia from which we can influence secular entities but we cannot set a model for Sharia government in exclusive detailed Sharia Law because we would be taking that which is perfect and implementing it with an imperfect governing institution and this would misrepresent the perfected state of Sharia.

This is why the Prophet Muhammad stated hold on to the Koran and my progeny meaning the perfected Sharia Law and the perfected governing authority for implementation of Sharia Law.

Since we no longer have the exemplary nation to promote as a model for the perfection of the implementation of Sharia as a governing institution we have to refrain from claiming to model a perfected Sharia nation. This is why ISIS is causing so much trouble because they have claimed a Caliph and a perfected Sharia law and they have no authority to do so.

Another key factor which prevents Muslims from implementing the Sharia as National Law is the fact that teachings of the Sunnah have been corrupted. The National Law of Sharia was not only derived from the Koran but the Sunnah as well. Although the Koran has remained in its pure and perfect state the accompanying Sunnah has fallen into the status of scattered writings. The scattered writings of the Sunnah are now preserved in what is known as Hadith.

The verification of Hadith depends on the fallible judgments of Imams who were not prophets and of whom lived centuries after the death of the Prophet Muhammad. Although these Imams such as Bukhari and Muslim  may have done a good and well intended job in their attempt to judge the Hadith in distinguishing truth from falsehhood they themselves were not Prophets and therefore their judgment is still subject to error.

Therefore without the divinely commissioned governing authority of Ahl Beyt and the potential corruptions of the Sunnah, Muslims are incapable of implementing Sharia as National Law and the Koran is now used exclusively as a Guide to Guard Against Evil.
